Alpharetta, GA, January 17, 2025 — We’re deeply saddened to announce that Leonard J. Moniz, Jr., the founder of Precision Concrete Construction, has passed away.

LENNY MONIZ

Lenny, as we all knew him, started the company in 1986 supervising one place and finish crew and today it ranks among the largest concrete construction companies in the Unites States. Lenny was the driving force behind the company’s growth and success. He was an exceptional person who stood out for his integrity, empathy, and can-do attitude.

Lenny cared deeply about his employees, making sure they had the resources and opportunities to succeed. His compassionate approach shaped Precision’s culture, emphasizing teamwork, respect, and mutual support. His generosity and kindness touched all of us.

Lenny’s values extended to every customer interaction, bringing quality and exceptional service to each project. He built lasting professional relationships that strengthened Precision’s reputation and the concrete industry in Georgia.

Lenny was renowned for his generosity to various community projects and support for employees’ families, leaving a lasting impact on many lives.

His legacy will carry on through Precision based on the values he instilled in the company.
